Well after taking like 5 days off 😖 and now 2 days back on I decided to weigh myself to see the damage and to my suprise i lost a couple of pds 😁🙃😊 so that gives me strength to move forward 😇 by the way thoes 5 days off i didnt go over 3000 calories and probably closer to 2000 calories a day 😊
