Home from more than a full week of camping, riding horses, mucking stalls, walking uphill to the bathrooms at the campground. Had a blast with many friends, and not worrying one whit about my weight or diet. Had Gatorade and salty chips to replenish salt and electrolytes. Had drinks and or ice cream every time we went to town to eat out and I still lost 3 lbs.!
I guess that if you are going to be bad that heavy exercise, lots and lots of movement, and not overdosing too badly on calories despite having all the wrong foodstuffs and drinks is the key.
I think I am on some kind of curve that has helped me loose weight. It has taken me a third of the time to loose the last 10 pounds than it did the first 10 pounds.
