Daytime IF was challenging yesterday. It was the longest 10hrs of my eating life. Broke the fast 30mins before time. Good thing is I literally stop eating an hour before the scheduled fast so that I still make the hours. Also managed to put in 1:30 of gym just to stop myself from thinking about food.
I planned better for today. Breakfast was nutritious and only 272 calories excluding the coffee. Hoping to break the fast as per schedule tonight.
I did a lot of cardio yesterday and thinking of doing the same today. But am very scared of excess skin. So there is a need for strength training. So that needs to be added into the gym routine.
