Been reading up on IF and they encourage that you weigh in after 2 weeks for results...

Breaking the fast went ok but I binged and am feeling ugh...am tempted to step on the scale but have to exercise restraint...like everything in life it’s not about instant gratification...put in the work and the results will speak for themselves.

It’s a lifestyle not a diet!!!

Thank you for sharing this post. I tried IF for 6 days and was disappointed to find I hadn't lost any weight. Will get back on it again!

You welcome. The material says that you must not binge but rather start eating clean. Some even went as far as recommending that IF with Mediterranean eating habits yield even better results. Right now am working on taking away he carbs and sugar.

Hey annisha. do you eat within your calorie range? And also you can lose weight even if the scale doesn't move. you lose inches, just asking as you don't over eat, when doing intermittent fasting. I do 20:4 and I'm down by 6.1kg in 2months.

I eat healthy and am at a calorie deficit almost every day. I lost 1cm lol. I did 16:8 so would have supper at 8pm then fast until 12 the next day. I break my fast with lunch which is veggies and protein. Supper is more or less the same. I'm going to try it for a little longer.
