So I fell off the wagon last week and didn't exercise like I should've either. Today is the 2nd day of August which is just as good as the first day so I'm getting back into the swing of healthy eating and exercising. The other day I got so frustrated about money and not having a job yet that I got on the treadmill and ran my mile the fastest I've ever done it. LOL It felt great though, I was mad and did something good for myself.

Today I want to do my jillian michaels video so I can feel good and sore later having working all those muscles. Also I want to run my mile, maybe a lazy mile today. Yesterday I had a great interview, even if I don't get the job I'm glad I did it and I'm gonna keep moving on thinking positive. I also almost had a job at a Bank this year but the company at the last minute decided to drop the position at that branch so bummer, not my fault. I think thats better progress than none though.

Hi!! Fall of the wagon is a part of the process!! IT is normal!! You are changing habits... you are changing who you are... and that takes time!! We fool ourselves when we expect fast and perfect results... it is like trying to learn to ride a bike in one hour without any falls! Just don´t beat yourself up when this happen! Just noticed that it is a normal thing and that could happen again... and... again... will be ok!! Doesn´t matter if you have a step back... what really matters is getting back to work!! The job will come!! Don´t worry... You DESERVE IT!! Hugs, despite my english... I hope you undestood me!

I think everyone falls off the wagon now and then. Sometimes I think I'm having a really good day calorie-wise and then I see that red number for my RDI! Exercise can be a great stress reliever - I have a lot of family issues I've been dealing with and I find that after a workout, I've cleared my head. It seems that when you push yourself, that fight or flight survival turns on and the other stuff you're thinking about goes away. Good luck with the job search - it's good that you had a great interview - keep that positivity up!
