I Sprained my ankle about 3 weeks ago [jumping rope, barefoot, on a karate mat] in a workout class. I'm finally getting back to weight training and cardio outside of class. I had a panic attack in a fitting room today because my hips and thighs are just so far from how they were last year, but I bought the Puma tennis mini-dress anyway.
Ive never had a sports injury before this sprained ankle. How long til i can wear heels and do jumping exercises again?
130.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If u feel/know ur gaining cause u don’t move try eating a little less calories n that’s it
