BP has been consistently below the 130's...sugar has gone down to 108, still a little high for me but better than the 120's. Got to start moving that scale a faster n really mean business!
348.4 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
