Earthquake! A 3.1 hit very close to our house last night. I was dead asleep and apparently it jolted me enough that I started sleepwalking. My husband told me to go to bed, which is when I actually fully woke up and then *bam* another one hit. Thank goodness they were just baby quakes.

It’s pretty amazing to be maintaining. I have fought the last 10-15lb battle (and lost) for the majority of my life. We are going to go vehicle browsing again this weekend and are going to see a jazz orchestra show with his parents. Work has been so busy, I feel like I’m drowning. I am still dedicated to working out pretty much every evening. I do believe it is a big part of why I am not having trouble maintaining the blue line.

We had a work picnic on Wednesday night and we stayed late to help clean up. The Mr. and I got home and I started to change for my workout. He joined me! I was so proud of him. Normally, starting a workout at 8:30 in the evening is a big NOPE in his book. He has lost almost 15lbs now! At the picnic, he only got one plate of food. We were sitting there just enjoying the weather and people watching a bit later. He made the comment that in years past he would have gone back for a couple of more plates of food. He is mentally aware of the changes he has made. He is still tracking his food. He is improving his health and that makes my heart happy.
