Well it took much of the morning to follow my shirt's advice, but finally did so. I did 30 mins on helga, t25 abs and t25 speed 1.0. My favorite workout reviewer (dysfunctional parrot) said after you do the ab workout you can expect your abs to spontaneously combust. Wish it were true! Still have to attack the dishes. Interesting that i would actually rather do abs than dishes. I woulda thought the opposite.
