It takes time to start dropping those kilos. I always try to remind myself that I had been putting on all this extra weight in a long periode of time, slowly. So I can't get rid of them quickly :-)
All changes count in the long run, eating less, moving more. Keep up the great job and remember this sensation of the lose trousers on your waist. I can't wait for taking out from the wardrobe those jeans one size smaller :-)
