Summer solstice. This always bums me out a little, because it means the days are going to get shorter. Every year i ask myself why i stay in mn. Today i am getting my hair cut and plunking down a chunk of change on appliances. Hope i can take them with me when i move, or die, lol.
Today is t25 full body circuit. I think it is like my fifth or sixth time doing it. I feel like i am so far behind what they are doing, i am modifying the modifyer. It makes me think maybe i should redo "alpha" before i move on to "beta." I do cize very slowly. I will practice the same dance for like 2 weeks before moving on. It is frustrating because i am just so out of shape. I really don't want to injure myself again. But i also want to feel like i am making progress.

PLEASE don't injure yourself! I will be so sad if you do. I know the misery of the setback that causes all too well, and don't won't to re-experience it vicariously. "Patience is a virtue" applies to how we treat ourselves, too.
