10 days, 3.5 pounds down.... its a slow moving train, but at least it’s going in the right direction.
190.2 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL! Turtle power. I just started Keto and it seems to be going better the last couple days. It’s amazing that I’m not very hungry at all. Have to remind myself to eat something mid-day for energy. So far I like this plan.
