yay very happy it took 1 day to get back to my pre fathers day weight yay. now I feel like I can continue eating good. well to good week hoping to lose 2lb this week.
161.5 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
