aww bless yasmine😢I get that and can be really ill with it. hope it eases soon. Apparently you need to avoid seeds as they can get trapped in the pouches. Big cwtchies 💕😘

Take care Yasmine! Sometimes vegetables from the nightshade family can cause this, tomato, peppers and potatoes. Hope you are better soon!

Yasmine I hope you get better very soon. Diverticulitis is a horrible illness. Do you have to avoid all foods that contain seeds? x
