Yesterday was my birthday & I totally blew my diet. My daughter took me out to breakfast & lunch & we had cake (made with Splenda instead of sugar!) & ice cream (Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough-I was very bad but it was a small individual size carton). I got fitted for my C-Pap so it was a very good day! Back on track today, though.

Sometimes it is ok to splurge a little. Glad you liked the cake, I am sure it had plenty of calories left ;)Make sure Jordan comes over and helps eat up what is left of the cake.
