A week of sailing in Croatia. Lots of beer, lots of bread, 2 pizzas. Was active, but you cannot outtrain a poor diet. 🛥⚓️☀️🤤
243.4 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
