Gained a few pounds since my last weigh in. Couple of reasons I suspect. 1, I did a lot of yard work yesterday and drank a lot of water and Gatorade. 2, over the last few days I went on a chocolate binge. I recorded it all, and thought I was still meeting my cal goal, but must have went over somehow. I will renew my efforts to accurately track the food. There is one other aspect I need to start looking at, which is re-evaluating my cal goal. In my last Diabetes Prevention class we discussed that when you lose a significant amount of weight, your body does not need as many cal to maintain your weight. Given that, a person does need to reassess their cal goal and then work to keep on it. I will post if I come up with a new goal and how its working. Happy fathers day all!
