Was doing homework almost all day yesterday and was able to behave all day. Late at night, though, I slipped and gave in to some cravings and had a few pieces of Hershey's Sugar Free Mini Peanut Butter Cups and a few of Rusel Stover Sugar Free assorted. They say they're sugar free but I'm not 100% sure if they're keto friendly since I don't know if they spike my insulin or not. Guess I won't know for sure until I get a glucose monitor or something. In the meantime, I'll try my best to stick to my goals today and see how it all looks tomorrow since I'm up almost a pound today. I'm hoping it's water weight since I didn't go over my a whole lot. Wanted to post a screenshot of my stats for yesterday but it says image invalid. Will start posting them when I figure out what the problem is.
