I had a strange and uncomfortable week. I craved peanuts. I tried using alcohol one day as a diuretic because it had that effect once, and I haven't been able to move the scale. Nothing has worked to get even one pound off. But I have lost one dress size and two bras sizes and I have gotten out and about almost every day. So, oddly enough, it's progress.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
