Last night I went out to watch the husbands band. I had 2 glasses of wine. No guilt. When I came home I started eating late. I had the remainder of my chef salad, handful of pistachios, guacamole, and 92% chocolate with peanut butter. I was way over calories and carbs.
Luckily I am still in ketosis. But not getting on the scale.
