Had back surgery 15 Dec 2017 which caused a large weight drop, then when pain meds were no longer needed the weight crept back on. Not Happy.

150.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb. Still to go: 10.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 0.5 lb a week

It’s certainly understandable after surgery. No worries! You know what to do and can lose this is no time!
