I am unoffically starting my diet this week. I want to slowly get myself into the swing of things! I actually ordered the new weight watchers starter kit off of ebay, and don't plan on attending the meetings...we'll see how that goes. I want to make some journal entries to see how my current diet stacks up to what I should be eating.
