So far its been a good day. Got out for a walk with the dog, just a short one 3miles. Took the kids swimming after school, lots of spashing rather than swimming but certainly continiously moving while in the pool for 30 mins. Have found myself nibbling at kids leftovers again and i know that damages my loss for the week. (note to self do not eat left overs)

Its now less than 8 weeks to the big 40 and exactly 8 weeks til hubby takes me to Italy for a long weekend to celebrate and I really want to llok and feel good.
So onwards and downwards(with the scales that is)
