Who ever invented celebrating with food? Geez. Well as most can see, I had 3.5 slices of Pizza Hut $10 stuffed crust super supreme pizzas yesterday. My mother came over, and after discussion with my husband we were okay with going out of the "fat burning mode" for a nice gooey slice of pizza, or 2, or 3, or 4. We called it our over 30 pounds loss celebration to excuse the bad eating. It tasted GREAT to say the least...almost forgot why I was on a diet to begin with. lol. Nonetheless, we are starting the medifast again today with no delay because if we don't we may fall back into "just one more celebration" mode and never see medifast again. We can't afford that. So bring on the headaches, irratibility, etc that comes with starting on a low carb diet. See you in 2 to 5 days, whenever the side effects of the diet subsides.....
