I was hoping to break into the 150's but no such luck. Body fat has gone down and muscle has increased. I will have to be happy with that, rather than the weight number.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
