Dad had accident Saturday July 21, 2012 turning into St Charles Convention Center going to gun show. My tire kept losing air. Heather & family picked me up Sunday night ar dad's. He was in hodpital. I stayed at H's watching ger boys at het house. She went to Mexico for 40th birthday. I did not weigh while there. I also dtarted dronking reg coke again. At out 3 times. I ate comfort food ham salad all week for lunch. I bought a watermelon also.We visited dad in hospital Went in nursing home Thurs. 7/26/12 around 4pn.
