Got my diet back on track...now I just need to start working out again :)
176.1 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week

It's so much easier to work out when you're eating right as well...at least for me :) If I mess up on eating my attitude is why bother working out :P
