Got my diet back on track...now I just need to start working out again :)
176.1 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 51.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet BlueEyedMomof2's own diet   losing 2.5 lb a week

It's so much easier to work out when you're eating right as well...at least for me :) If I mess up on eating my attitude is why bother working out :P
