Yesterday was a mess. I work in an office with all guys, and we had a buffet style work lunch with pasta and pastry desserts. Followed by wine tasting. They're always commenting on me eating salads, and healthy food, and that they never see me eating, etc, so I made an effort to just eat what everyone else was eating. It tasted great but I am way off my RDI for yesterday! Showing 2lbs gain today.

But, I'm staying positive and am back on my scheduled RDI. I heard a piece on NPR yesterday saying that it's good to change up your eating otherwise your body adapts your metabolism and you stop loosing weight. I'm going to put yesterday down as a good change up for me to trick my body into burning more calories. But, I don't have any plans to do that again, at least not to that degree.
