I had another personal training session today. I am really hating my trainer.. but in a good way i suppose. She works me so hard and makes me want to fight her, but i can't because i am so out of breath i would fall on the floor and probably throw up.
I didn't lose any weight this week, but i didn't gain either and I am happy with that. I am thinking i am losing inches..
