How often is everyone weighing in?

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 June 2018:

I normally only weigh once a week.

The scale is not always my friend, realistically it fluctuates and can be very demotivating, so I weigh in every two weeks....and never near or during a menstrual week!! really helps to keep that positive feeling.

I weighed myself on Sunday, 1 week since I started eating better and tracking calories - no change, still the same weight and no change to cm's around my waist 🙄

Supposedly weigh in first thing in the morning after a day of workout, before breakfast, and straight after your menstrual cycle ends. Ladies weight will fluctuate every month so that is the "most accurate" as water retention from hormones isn't interfering... best of luck! I try weigh in once a week- knowing it will fluctuate

I weigh 2-3 times per week. Keeps me on my toes and lets me know when to slow down. But officially, every Monday morning. We keep track of our weight in the office. This came in handy for both myself (going to the doctor and showing her my weight gain) and my co worker( showing her doctor her rapid weight loss) in diagnosing diabetes and thyroiditus. remember to keep in mind that ones weight does fluctuate. Just keep at it and you will see results😀

Weekly - Wednesdays but once I gain momentum I'll also move to every 2 weeks.

Also try weigh same time I do first thing in morning before get dressed or similar type clothes. Also remember around pms u might weigh more due to bloating so don't stress to much. Also day after exercise as u have expanded on muscles u might be heavier.

Hahahahahaha Sthesh, it happens to the best of us, but that also makes you an emotional wreck because weight fluctuates, that 0.5g can make you want to quit LOLOLOL

I weigh everyday. What if I weighed once a week and was on the down of my yo-yo that day? I know how weightloss goes and so I'm just motivated on an up weight on a day to be more strict.

@lindakay216 - same here! For me, it actually helps to see the daily weight fluctuations so I don't get upset at the number on the scale!
