Wednesday's results

(1) Eat breakfast everyday! Met!
(2) No second helpings unless it's a fruit or veggie. Met!
(3) Limit to one small soda a day. Met!
(4) Exercise (even if it's just a walk) for a total of 60 minutes this week. 0 of 60
(5) Record what I eat daily. Met!
(6) Drink lots of water (at least 32 oz)! 32 oz--Met!


Stress level was low.
Activity level was low.
