I need to remember that muscle weighs more than fat due to extra time working out with weights. Or I just need to stop weighing myself so often. Usually dangerous for potential discouragement and slipping back into bad habits...

But I'm not giving up. I turn 30 next month, and would like to still show my youth (and a beach body) in 2013!!!
191.8 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
