cutting back is so hard but due to my aching heal i have to cut out major calories if i'm not going to be working out for the next couple days. I just joined a challenge where u are to reduce you daily caloric intake by 500 cals. I, however, want to keep it JUST 500 cals. Today I start practicing. It's hard. My next trip to shop rite i have to load up on chicken broth and liquid egg whites. If i can drop 15 lb.s in a month I will be sooooooo happy!
