Good morning everyone. It is a beautiful Saturday. I thought I would share what I do for meal planning so that you can see what works for me. If it helps anyone else then that is great. So I adjusted our waffle recipe a bit to raise the carbs to make the portion size reasonable. The whole meal was really filling and the waffles were great. I hope everyone finds joy today while pursuing your adventure. Oh...and amazing coffee today ...
