Been of food Disapline for 4 days
BAD
No portion control
Selection of foods, not good, too much carbohydrates
GOOD
No sugars
No snacks

Started four days ago, when my legs felt weak
I've been excercising, but only upper body and swimming, hard to know why
Stop excercising for 2 days now.
225.7 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.3 lb a week
