I have started reading and semi-following the paleo diet. I found out on my own that if I cut out virtually all refined sugar then I felt a ton better. In doing an internet search about sugar sensitivity i ran across the Paleo diet and was intrigued. I now am reading the Paleo Solution by Robb Wolff and it is making sense to me. I have cut out most carbs from grains and am cutting way back on dairy. I am working very hard to add in lots of veggies!
