It was so rainy here yesterday. And it looks like it is going to rain again tonight. My boyfriends birthday is tomorrow so we are going out to a fancy place here in town. That don't post info about there dishes online. But they do have a salad bar. Which is very good because that's where I will be lol. I hope everyone is having a wonderful day. God Bless! :D

You need to stick your plan in the long term BUT your also have to enjoy life. Enjoy the meal with your boyfriend, make a mental plan to accept this as a choice so you won't feel guilty and have a great evening. The next day you get back to 100% on the plan. You can't eat enough calories to gain much so enjoy the night. Just don't let this become a habit, you can do this on his and your birthdays only!! Have fun. George

I agree! I went to a fabulous dinner on Saturday night and ate everything I wanted (including 4 bites of cheesecake)! Everything in moderation. If I have a high calorie day, I just try to eat light and keep my calories down for the next few days. Enjoy your food!!!

I agree, enjoy your night w/ your boyfriend and don't focus so much on the food. When I go out to eat, I sometimes will look at what they offer and make the best decision so it coincides w/ something I want and something that is healthy. Enjoy your evening!!!
