I just realized I’m down 10 pounds from a year ago! Didn’t even realize it since this journey has been all over the place...but I do remember this time last year I had to go fat shorts for the summer :( I remember feeling like crap because I let myself gain all my weight back :( but on a good note the fat shorts are put away and I can back into a smaller short size :) I’m really hoping I can stay on this track because it seems to be working, slowly working but working. Still disappointed at myself for losing 30 pounds and putting it back on...but that’s life we all have demons...stay focus and take it one day at a time :)
