today was surgery day and it went very well. I'm glad that its over and recovery is my plan for the weekend. I am excited that at weigh-in this morning it registered 75 kilograms = 165 lbs, that was one positive in my book!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
