Currently, I am doing paleo and only eating very small portions of sweet foods like cake, brownie, candy, cookies.

My carbs are around 60-100 g per day
My protein is whatever
Fat is whatever

Doctor is pleased with my health and weight and so am I. Goal is still 130 lbs and I will get there eventually and I'm ok with however long it takes within the next 1-3 years!
195.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.0 lb a week
