weekends are a struggle for a lot of people. But sometimes changing the way you view it might help.
All week you are good making good choices and such. Weekends your mind starts to wander for the foods you have avoided all week. Telling yourself you can’t have it tends to make you want and crave it more.
So take your weekends as they come. Don’t tell yourself you can’t have sometime. Chose to just not have it now.
