Ok,
so I found this website and I am starting to make entrys...

Past semester I was planning to start jogging every day during summer holidays change my diet and do everything I could to start my weight loss well. I was really looking forward to it and was excited, that I finally would have time to go jogging every morning. Because I just love it. :)

But during my finals I got my sciatica nerve inflamed. That pain was horrible. When I got home from school, my neurologist said I had my spinal dics slipped (L5). That meant and means for me I can not go jogging ( :( ) and have to be careful about other physical activity. Now Im on phycical therapy (electrical stimulation, massage).
The result for me is, I need to lose weight now not only because I want to, but, because I have to and need to. BUT I can not excercise the way I want. We will see, if Im going to be able to do so in the future. And I cant imagine HOW this could be possible for me to reach my goal without being able to go jogging for example.
Im 78kg now, lost 4kg with changing my diet in the past month, but Im not sure, if this will be enough. Sometimes Im really frustrated I cant go jogging... :-/ Ive got no money for gym, and in September Im going back to school, where I wont have the opportunity to controll what I eat, since the cafeteria decides this... But Im determined and want to reach this goal of mine.
Im 22 in a few days and really need to do this also for my future.
