Have done well this week sticking to under 1500 cals. Only had one oops day. Staying close to home and preparing meals is really helping. Also, have started working out in the mornings. This means exercise is done for the day and prevents me from skipping exercise. That happens when I plan it for after work and I get in late or tired or the weather sucks. Still working on reducing carbs and increasing protein, but getting closer. Hoping everyone had a good week, if not take it one day at a time. I was close to quitting a week ago, but I relaxed, reassessed and re-strategized and those things seem to have helped tremendously.
