So my weight loss journey has literally been turned upside down the last two months. This round of steroids that I’m on are very stronger I haven’t slept more than three hours per night in the last two weeks steroids making my appetite completely crazy so right now I’m just trying not to eat like a pig and trying my best to stay somewhat on track. I’m just hoping that is crazy Michigan weather and my allergies will ease up soon im just miserable. I’m not taking this loss as accurate...because I’ve been all over lol
174.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
