My allergies are absolutely horrible this year! I got another shot and another round of steroids which I hate because it messes up my appetite :( but I gotta get better. Can’t go outside for long periods either but I did install my window air conditioner last night best sleep I’ve gotten in a while. Hopefully I can try walking the treadmill in my basement this weekend, but every time I walk longer than 5 minutes I start coughing 🙄I will see how it goes. Because it’s been month since I’ve done anything workouts. Have a great and safe Memorial Day weekend all!! 😁
175.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
