Me too! I work night shifts, so between having my tea and having my breakfast again can be a long waittt...

Distraction techniques can work. Go for a walk, watch a film, read a book. Are you really hungry or does a good drink of water lessen the feeling? It’s tough but focus on your goals and ask yourself if a snack will be worth sabotaging them. All the best!

Evening tea till breakfast is a long wait. Sleep helps though haha. I work from home that's a relatively good distraction technique. And I've been drinking about 1.5ltrs of water at least a day to sait my appitite Usually before I came here 3 days ago I'd occasionally snack on packets of nuts and these pea snack things that are pretty great. Will power is the only thing keeping me going.. plus the fact I have about 5 pairs of jeans in the wardrobe I can't fit into anymore and. 5hsy makes me super sad haha.
