Trend continues, eating somewhat less '0 carb sweets' and yesterday ate out twice; eggs, cheese, jalapeño. And then almond encrusted trout at M&S.
237.5 lb Lost so far: 45.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
