End of Week 9 and my weight settled at 356 even. Must get on the grind to get striding towards my bday goal of weighing 325 by June 12th. Will have to continue moving forward and staying focused. The one thing I have learned this week is don't overdo the sweets on a low carb diet. Although it may seem that you can fit them in eaating maybe a half of serving, don't overkill on them. :) Next week goal is to weigh 351 or as close to 350 as I can get! over and out....
356.0 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 176.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If I can give you one piece of advice: goals with numbers are fun, but often times they're very disappointing when you don't reach them. I'd use something else for a goal for your birthday, like how much better you feel, or how you can fit into that super cute top you bought, or how lose those jeans are on ya! :) Anyway, keep it up, don't give up and you'll keep feeling great :)

I have to second the comment. I started setting mini-goals and realized that they are just a distraction to the overall goal. While I fully encourage you push hard and do your best to lose as much weight by your birthday, realize that you are still a success even if you don't hit 325 by June. Keep up the good work, Girl! You're doing AWESOME!!!!
