ok..Now it's on like Donkey Kong!!! I've gained 3lbs over Memorial Day, cooking for everyone and evidently EATING for em too..lol I got my call for me to go have my hip to toe scans which means I go in 6 wks for bilateral knee replacements..So I woke today ate breakfast exersized & rode the bike..I MUST do this for MYSELF and my plan is to lose 10 lbs at least in the coming wks! I ow it to myself!
