I'm at a stand still at 190 & holding..I feel like a plane circlein I havent lost anymore or gained jst standing at the same number..I got the ok to have bi-lateral knee replacement using the iTotal Conformis 3D knee..it will be sometime in july..so I have to lose more weight in case I gain some recovering!
